• Missing items from your order

• Orders canceled before processing begins

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Order number

• Photos or video of the damaged or incorrect product

Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds on:

• Opened or used consumable items

• Vape disposables that fail due to user damage

• Packages lost or stolen after delivery is marked “Delivered”

• Sale items or discounted bundles

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Returns are only accepted for:

• Unopened, unused accessories 

• Items damaged in transit (with proof provided within 48 hours)

Unauthorized returns will not be refunded. Contact us before sending anything back.
