Order Processing Time

Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed.
If your package gets damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can help with a replacement claim.
